Free returns for an online credit are offered only in the 10 provinces of Canada. If you prefer to get a refund instead of an online store credit, here is the procedure.
NO EXCHANGES
We are unable to process exchanges because we cannot guarantee that we will have every item in every size in stock. Sometimes our suppliers are out of stock of certain designs and we cannot reorder them. You can apply your online credit to any merchandise that is in stock.
CONDITIONS
- Returned products must not have been washed or damaged and must be in their original condition.
- Returned products must be in resalable condition, which includes being free of pet hair and cigarette smoke.
- Metalomania tags must still be attached to t-shirts, hoodies, flags, hats, beanies, wristbands, and gloves.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of when you received them, except during the holiday season. For orders placed between Black Friday and Christmas Eve we will allow returns until January 15th of the following year. Items must arrive at Metalomania by January 15th.
If these conditions are not met, you will NOT get an online credit and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
We do not offer free returns on items less than $25. If you want to return an item that is less than $25, you can find the procedure here.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send us a copy of your internet receipt or give us your order number with your item(s) to facilitate the process of your online credit.
FREE SHIPPING
An order placed using an online store credit will only qualify for free shipping if the subtotal of the order (after the credit has been applied but before taxes and shipping) is greater than $99.
Furthermore, each order is limited to one free return where either the customer paid for shipping or the subtotal of the order (before taxes and shipping) was greater than $99. An order placed with an online store credit only qualifies for another free return if the shipping is either paid by the customer or the subtotal of that order (after the credit has been applied but before taxes and shipping) is greater than $99.
