Refund

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned within 14 days after you received your order. 

You must pay for shipping back the items to us. If you would prefer to receive a prepaid return label (and get an online credit), click here.

Returned products must not have been washed or damaged, and be in their original condition. This includes being free of pet hair and cigarette smoke. Metalomania tags NEED to still be attached where applicable (IE: t-shirts, hoodies, flags, hats, beanies, wristbands, and gloves).

If these conditions are not met, you will NOT get a refund and the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send us a copy of your internet receipt or give us your order number to accelerate the process of your return or exchange. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of when you received them, except during the holiday season. For orders placed between Black Friday and Christmas Eve we will allow returns until January 15th of the following year (last day for us to receive the returned articles). 

PROCEDURE

Shipping will have to be paid for by the customer to return the goods.

    We do not exchange products. If you want to exchange a product, you will have to place a new order on our website.

    Once received, we will issue a refund as long as the items returned meets our return policy (explained in the conditions above). You will receive an email confirming the refund.

      Refunds are issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
