Refund

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned within 14 days after you received your order. 

You must pay for shipping back the items to us.  If you would prefer to receive a prepaid return label (and get an online credit), click here.

Metalomania tags NEED to still be attached to t-shirts, hoodies, flags or beanies.  If our tag is not attached to an item, you will NOT get a refund.

Returned products must not have been washed or damaged and in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send us a copy of your internet receipt or give us your order number to accelerate the process of your return or exchange. 

For Christmas, we will allow returns until January 15th of the following year (last day for us to receive the articles).

 PROCEDURE

Shipping will have to be paid for by the customer to return the goods.

    We do not exchange products.  If you want to exchange a product, you will have to place a new order on our website.

    Once received, we will issue a refund as long as the items returned meets our return policy (explained in the conditions above).  You will receive an email confirming the refund.

      Refunds are made on the same credit card than the one used for the purchase.
